Squeeze, then release.
Build up little by little.

Your hands take care of everyday things.

Familiar movements often hold strength we rarely notice.

What we want to keep
is the freedom to do everyday things.

It is more than squeezing a piece of equipment.
It is about caring for yourself and sharing everyday life with family.

UNDERSTAND THE MEASUREMENT

Grip measurement
or training resistance?

A dynamometer measures grip force. The SJ200 pound rating describes equipment resistance; repetitions and time are practice records. Understand the purpose before interpreting the numbers.

RESEARCH TO PRACTICE

Grip strength is one clue to health. Local exercises also need suitable whole-body activity and nutrition.

LESSON 01 · LEARN THE MOVEMENT

Hold with control. Release with control.

Rest the ring in your palm, wrap your fingers over the top and support it naturally with your thumb. Close slowly and release with control, still supporting the ring as it rebounds.

  1. Relax your shoulders and rest your forearm comfortably.
  2. Control the squeeze with your fingers and breathe naturally.
  3. Relax your fingers, let the ring rebound and make time to rest.

Hand shape and size affect grip. You do not have to compress the ring fully.

No equipment yet? You can still start.

Hands, a sponge or a towel: understand each purpose and find a small practice you can control.

Explore your range of motion

Start with your own hands.

No equipment needed. Sit securely, rest your forearms comfortably and gently open and close your hands within your own range.

  1. Open your fingers and let your thumb move naturally outward.
  2. Slowly close your fingers without clenching hard.
  3. Open your fingers again and relax.

This is a low-resistance movement exercise, not loaded strength training.

Start with a little movement and feel each hand separately. Stop for pain, numbness or discomfort. After injury or surgery, follow your own medical or rehabilitation plan.

In a busy day,
leave one minute of space.

During a work break or after sitting down at home.
Pause, move gently, then slowly release.

You may also be wondering.

Does SJ200 have three adjustable resistance levels?

Choose from fixed 30 LB, 40 LB or 50 LB versions when buying. Pick resistance you can squeeze and release comfortably and steadily; gender or age alone should not determine the highest resistance.

Do more repetitions mean better health?

Repetitions are activity records, not a whole-body health score. Practice quality, suitable load, recovery and whole-body activity also matter.

Can I follow along with hand numbness, pain or during rehabilitation?

Persistent weakness, numbness, pain, injury or post-surgery needs should be assessed by a qualified medical professional first. Seek urgent medical help for acute symptoms such as sudden one-sided weakness.

Can I use the classroom without a grip ring?

Yes. You can read the health lessons, watch teachers’ videos and explore equipment-free practices before deciding whether you need training equipment.

How do I start a game?

Check that your phone supports the current app, then connect from inside the app using the official SJ200 guide. Platforms, game names and compatibility vary by app.

Will subscribing mean three notices every week?

The three classrooms share update preferences. Future notices will follow selected topics. This version only stores preferences; Email, SMS and social delivery are not enabled.
